  • Long stirring spoon (plastic or stainless steel)
  • Measuring cup
  • Hydrometer and test jar
  • Thermometer
  • Wine thief
  • Siphon Cane and hose
  • Carboy (glass or plastic) 23 liter (6 US gallon) capacity
  • Bung and airlock
  • Solid Bung
  • Unscented winemaking detergent for cleaning (recommend Star San)
  • Metabisulphite powder for sanitizing or Star san
  • Thirty wine bottles, thirty corks and a corking machine
