    Brewed this up a few weeks ago and its been in the bottle 4 days now. Excellent hefeweizen. Followed the instructions to a t and it came out amazing. Subbed the dry yeast included for wlp300. Underpitched and fermented around 64*. Lots of banana and clove. One change I did make was adding half the extract with 15 minutes left in the boil. Nice hazy golden finished beer. The next time I buy a hefe extract kit, it’ll be this one for sure.
