Calcium Sulphate
Use 1 teaspoon per 5 gallons
Gypsum adds calcium ions, lowers pH and will harden water. Use 1/2 to 2 tsp per 5 gallon batch. 1 tsp in five gallons adds 83 ppm sulfate and 35 pm calcium.
