William Crofutt –
I purchased 3 of these kits and brewed 2. I lived in the Pacific Northwest for 20+ years and Alaskan Amber was my beer of choice. This is WAY more hoppy than the real AA. They shorted me hops in the 3rd kit so I’ll use other hops. Hopefully it will be an improvement. If you like a medium hoppy dark amber you might like this but don’t expect it to taste like Alaskan Amber.
